About Us

Taiwan Mindfulness Center partners with Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI), bringing to Taiwan for the FIRST TIME the world-famous 2-day leadership program developed at Google.


SIYLI bridges age-old practices of mind training with modern neuroscience and technology. The program is designed to build the core emotional intelligence skills needed for effective leadership, bringing out the best in ourselves, from the inside out.We have gathered a group of local speakers who care about bringing mindfulness initiatives into the corporate world for positive social impacts to share their personal experiences.

SIYLI has implemented their programs in dozens of organizations across industries and around the world using highly practical and scientifically proven methods of mental conditioning and attention training that improve overall emotional intelligence and wellbeing, resilience, creativity, communication, productivity and personal and organizational leadership.

This SIY program includes:
1. interactive 2-day live training (4/7~8);
2. 4-week online virtual practice

Your SIY Teachers

Peter Weng

Peter is an experienced high-tech executive who is passionate about exploring how mindfulness can affect individual and social change. As a director at Google and Dell, he led sales, marketing, and operations organizations in the US, Europe, and Asia. His work on mindfulness and meditation programs has spanned various settings including corporations and prisons. Peter serves on the board of Insight Santa Cruz and is also involved in work supporting wildlife conservation and sustainable transportation.

Lori Schwanbeck

Co-founder of Mindfulness Therapy Associates in San Francisco, Lori works as a mindfulness-based psychotherapist, coach and trainer, bringing pragmatic experience from the business world and a passion for creating lives of meaning, engagement and optimal performance to her clients. She has taught for SIYLI internationally to a range of organizations, including Google, Tennis Australia, AP Plasman and Rotman School of Business.
